It was a nice walk. I shot some cool footage, but I didn’t put it online yet. This sunday we went icebathing with the icebathing-group at Telegrafbukta, Tromsø. It was sooo cold, I didn’t feel anything anymore, but also sooo cool. We were so happy that we did it! Tomorrow my last week in Tromsø, for this year, starts. The 23rd of december I’ll fly home for 12 days, to celebrate Christmas, a photoshoot with Daniel, Sterre and Beau, celebrating newyear, and recording a videoclip for Rumble Fist. Busy 12 days. I hope the weather is going to be nice during my last week, because I’ve got a lot to do!

We thought Hella would be a nice place, because they even talked about it in the Visit Tromso folder. After 45minutes in the bus, we were in Hella. We really made a mistake that day. It was a ‘hell of a’ place. There was really nothing there. Everything was closed, no people, it was dead. After waiting for more than an hour for the bus back to Tromso, we started hitchhiking. We were really in the middle of nowhere, but after 30min our hero took us with him to Tromso. Thank you, Tromso-hero!

It was really cool this time, because there were some strong strokes in the sky, with even some orange and pink colors! Unfortunately the northernlights were around the moon, and the moon was too bright to take photos. I made some, but they don’t show the things I saw tonight.

It’s an island 60km from Tromsø. It was very beautiful but it really looked abandoned today. There were some houses with their lights on, but there were no cars or people in the village. It’s called Summer-island for a reason. I could imagine that it would be really pretty in the summer because the water/sea is so clear and there are white beaches! Thank you, Andrey Sorokin, for taking us there! I’ll post some photos, and this weekend I’ll post some new footage for the documentary!

Six childcare’s in Tromsø organised an event with 5 other childcares to make a light installation in the centre of Tromsø. They made light installation because the polarnight (dark period) is comming! It’s also my first night in my accommodation. The first 3 days I ‘couchsurfed’ in Tromsø at some really nice people. Thank you Ellen & Brynjulv for those nice 3 nights!

I woke up at 13:00 and the sun was already behind the mountains. Tomorrow I’m going to set my alarm and check out the city centre. I hope I have some pictures to upload tomorrow! x
